UN Day 2009
UN Day at the United Nations in New York on November 7, 2009 is a forum where representatives from Rotary and the United Nations get together in fellowship and service.
It was a great success with every seat sold out. RGHF was represented with a number of Rotary leaders, who are also members of RGHF.
Rotary Foundation Chairman and Rotary International Past President Glenn E. Estess Sr. came to Rotary UN Day with his lovely wife Mary. Glenn and Mary are here seen with RGHF Past Chairman Matts Ingemanson. The meeting brought up happy memories from Rotary’s Centennial year 2005, when Glenn was Rotary International Centennial President and Matts was RGHF’s Centennial Chairman.
Rotary International President Elect Ray Klinginsmith is an enthusiastic member of RGHF. He is seen here with RGHF Past Chairman Matts Ingemanson, who lives in New York.
